SHIPPING POLICY

Customers agree and abide to these store policies when proceeding with orders/transactions through the Dreamily brand (in conventions and online). If you don’t see the answer to your question, please feel free to contact hi@dreamilyapparel.com.

Dreamily Apparel reserves the right to revise any store policy and content as needed without notice.

General shipping policy

Please allow 2-4 days for processing and handling. Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday, however customers are welcome to request rush processing to send out the following day if order is received before 6pm PST. The Dreamily online store may close temporarily in preparation for events and conventions, but all existing orders will be processed normally.

Shipping is via USPS, and can take 1-14 business days depending on final destination and shipping method, like First Class or Priority shipping. All orders over 1 pound will ship via USPS Priority, and orders under 1 pount will be shippd via USPS First Class.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Dreamily offers international shipping via USPS First Class Shipping. Shipping may take between a few weeks to two months to arrive to destination, and customer may have to pay a duty fee to receive the item. Dreamily is not responsible for any additional shipping/duties fees and is paid for by the customer.

On customs form, Dreamily lists the items prices as purchased.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

Dreamily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and reliable shipping destination in their order and, if applicable, directions for the customer's local post master either on the online USPS Delivery Instructions™ (under the USPS Informed Delivery® program once tracking number is issued), or simply set directions at shipping location.

All packages are packed with the utmost care, but unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping. Dreamily ships all packages with full coverage insurance with Shipsurance. Please contact hi@dreamilyapparel.com to make a claim if package is lost in mail or damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders are final, with no refunds. Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturer defects.

All buyers must confirm to this agreement during check out.

IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTED ITEM:

Customer must contact hi@dreamilyapparel.com within 2 weeks of receiving the order stating defect in detail with pictures, and must be unwashed. Dreamily staff must approve it for exchange. Exchange procedure will be given, and customer will be responsible for all shipping fees in this process.

Item can only be exchanged during anime conventions with proper notification with Dreamily and approval beforehand, with proof of order (on phone or printout) at booth. Customers may not walk up to booth without notification or approval, and will not be able to exchange merchandise.

If item was purchased at an event or convention, customer is welcome to speak to a Dreamily staff to request an exchange in person.
