All orders are final, with no refunds. Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturer defects.
All buyers must confirm to this agreement during check out.
IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTED ITEM:
Customer must contact email@example.com within 2 weeks of receiving the order stating defect in detail with pictures, and must be unwashed. Dreamily staff must approve it for exchange. Exchange procedure will be given, and customer will be responsible for all shipping fees in this process.
Item can only be exchanged during anime conventions with proper notification with Dreamily and approval beforehand, with proof of order (on phone or printout) at booth. Customers may not walk up to booth without notification or approval, and will not be able to exchange merchandise.
If item was purchased at an event or convention, customer is welcome to speak to a Dreamily staff to request an exchange in person.
